There are also changes in the hands, the arms, the pelvis. The metacarpal bone look thicker, they have a narrow base. The carpal bones look also hypoplastic, they are smaller, the iliac wings look more rounded, this is not normal. Then the shape of the ulnais looks completely abnormal, very irregular and much shorter than a normal ulna. There are also hypoplastic epiphyses. All of this is related to that deposition of those byproducts within the skeletal system.
