This represents a humerus of a child with Gaucher Disease, and the thin cortices, the resorbed bone, the lytic lesions and the marrow expansion that causes enlargement here in the bone shaft can all be seen. This also happens in all the long bones, including the femur with this erlenmeyer flask deformity. This is a normal looking femur, it shouldn’t look like a flask like this, this is expanded due to the marrow expansion.
